How do I start a meditation session?

Navigate to the Home or Explore tab, browse through the meditation categories, and tap on any meditation to view details. Then tap "Start Meditation" to begin your session.

Can I use Tranqa offline?

Some features like journaling work offline. However, streaming meditation audio requires an internet connection. We recommend downloading your favorite sessions for offline use (feature coming soon).

How do I track my progress?

Go to the "Me" tab to view your meditation statistics, including total time, number of sessions, and journal entries. You can also view your play history and favorites.

How do I create a journal entry?

Tap the "Journal" tab, then tap the "+" button. Select your emotions, write your thoughts, and optionally add a photo. Tap "Save" when you're done.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes! Your personal data, journal entries, and meditation history are stored securely. We never share your personal information with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I change my profile information?

Go to the "Me" tab, tap on your profile section at the top, then tap "Edit Profile". You can update your nickname, bio, and profile picture.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to "Me" → "Settings" → "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps:

Close and restart the app
Check your internet connection
Update to the latest version of the app
Restart your device

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three-dot menu on any content and select "Report". Choose the reason for reporting and submit. We review all reports promptly.
